Saffron is a valuable native plant of iran territory with over twenty five
centuries history saffron is a precious spice that add some exquisite flavor
and eye-catching color to food mass production of high quality cultivated in
south part of khorasan specially qaenat. Iran with exporting saffron to many
regions in the world is considered the supplier of the most and the best
quality saffrons in the world.
As you aware by now the most important factor in saffron is color strenth.

witch show the crocine (color strength), picorocone (flavor) and safranal
